TracFone
Last year we bought Double Minutes for life... This year you sent a card saying if we signed up for another year we would get 1000 minutes.... We signed up but only got 600 minutes.... We called in and they explained that we would have had to sign up before November 17, 2008... After a long time complaining about the deceptive treatment the lady we talked to said she would fix the problem, but it may take a few days... Well here is is several days later and we still do not have the 1000 minutes you promised......
If you are not able to live up to your promise you are going to loose two customers........

Howdy,
Be careful if you use TracFone and try for the Double Minutes for Life..........
They do not use the expiration date that appears on your phone, they use the date you signed up for it in the first place......
This means you loose that Double Minutes for Life the day after one year from the date you signed up for it in the first place.....
They are playing games to get more money out of you.......
